Tom Gardner, founder, President and CEO of Millennium Energy Advisors, a Houston-based boutique A&D advisory firm, creates a new high standard in upstream energy transaction advisory through the first of its kind strategic alliance with one of the oldest and most respected independent petroleum consulting firms, Ryder Scott Company. His considerable experience in both the petroleum industry and financial community uniquely equips him to provide beneficial solutions for clients, many of whom represent emerging disruptors in energy finance.

His 30-year career of upstream-energy focused engineering, commercial, operational and business development began with Exxon and has since included three additional international energy companies, an international consulting firm, and both bulge-bracket and boutique energy investment banks prior to founding Millennium Energy Advisors. His credentials include a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering (Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas) and an MBA from Texas A&M University, (Registered Investment Banking Representative, Securities Principal and former Equity Analyst).
